Selected CSVs are processed in memory in this browser tab. They are not uploaded, stored in browser storage, or included in setup inquiries. Refreshing or clearing the tool removes the working data. Downloads and presets remain wherever you save them. Hosting providers receive ordinary connection metadata.
What does the inquiry form store?
Your name, email, workflow, scope notes, consent through submission, request ID, timestamp and an hourly hash of your IP address for abuse control. There is no catalog upload. Inquiries older than 90 days are purged on new submissions; during quiet periods they remain until operator maintenance. Contact support@flintglade.com to request earlier deletion. Invoices, if subsequently agreed, have separate statutory retention requirements.
How does the $99 pilot work?
Your inquiry is not an accepted order. Flintglade confirms the scope, delivery date, secure sample-transfer method and invoice/payment route before accepting work. Use redacted or synthetic files where possible. The offer includes the stated deliverables and one mapping revision within seven days of handoff. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, an unearned prepaid amount is refunded; statutory consumer rights remain. Further work requires a separate agreement. No card data is collected here.
Can I reuse or move my mapping?
Save a small JSON preset containing column names and decimal settings, then load it with your next pair of files. Presets contain no catalog rows. They are versioned and portable, but need checking when a supplier changes its headers or units.
